Are we wolves in sheep's clothing?

1 Corinthians 8: 9-13

But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to them that are weak.

For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at the meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened (to give courage to; to cause to be bold) to eat those things which are offered to idols;

And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?

but when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ.

Wherefore if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.

Galatians 5:13-19
For Brethren, ye have been called unto Liberty; only use not Liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be consumed one of another.
This I say then, Walk in the spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the flesh.

1 Peter 2:15-16
For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:

As free, and not using your Liberty for a cloak  of maliciousness, but to the servants of God.

meaning of cloak: ( an outer garment- something that covers or conceals- a disguise to hide maliciousness- spiteful)

I have posted earlier post's on Liberty and Unity.

In this post, I would like to ask a question?

Are we wolves in sheep's clothing?

Do we look good to others and profess to be Godly to others, but on the inside we are like wolves............waiting to kill the weak sheep?

There are sheep ( meaning people)  out there in the world that are weak and require direction and help!

Do We seek them out as prey...............waiting for the kill?

If they are weak, we are to help them and pick them up. We  are not to step on them and wound there souls!
If a person who is already weak................gets a soul wound, sometimes it causes them to slip back into the past and they may go the wrong way......................leading into the paths of danger and destruction.

We don't need to point out there faults....................We need to lift them up and help them just as Jesus would do.
But instead, we go out and hunt them and hurt them.

There is suppose to be liberty in God's house!

It is not suppose to be a house of bondage!
We are servants of God. We are suppose to bring those weak sheep in and allow them to heal there wounds..............Not bring them into the house of God and cause them to be wounded even more than before, by our self righteousness.

Are we wolves in sheep's clothing?

Do we profess to be Godly and on the inside we are deceiving?
If we walk in the Spirit of God...........and I mean TRULY walk in the Spirit of God, we will not be as wolves on the inside.
Our flesh dies and we no longer desire to hurt others, but to pray and to fast for them so the bonds of wickedness may be broken off of them.
We need to love them through all of there heartaches till they become strong.
We need to stick closer than a brother to these people till they become strong and God causes them to stand on there own!

We should be very careful how we act and things that come out of our mouths toward those who are weak, because we could become the very person who offends them in some way and then they turn from God, because we have corrupted what God intended to be good.

They are just as worthy of being in God' kingdom because Jesus died for them just as well as he did with us.

Do not hunt out the weak to kill them or to kill there spirit and wound them.
Hunt them out to bring them in and nurse them back to health!

Do we cause them to be in Bondage,.......Spiritually?
Are we the stumbling block that got in there way and caused them to fall and to  be wounded..........................only for Satan to pick up where we left off?
