DRAMA

DRAMA:

When people say, they are tired of the drama and the way they are treated....

Ive learned by listening to God that in the bible it sais in:

Mathew 7:2................For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

OK.
Ask yourself the question when you are in a place where someone is judging you or causing drama in your life............HAVE I caused drama in someone elses life in the past?
HAVE I judged someone wrongfully without knowing circumstances or knowing what is in that persons heart?
 HAVE I treated someone wrong?

OK, after asking yourself that question:

Do you want to be treated right?

Then maybe you need to read this verse and really sit down and think about it for a while...

Its time to GROW up in GODs ways, not our ways!!

I also think that to be happy in our lives, we have to sometimes leave those behind who do create drama in our lives and only hurt us day after day, sometimes we have to pick up and move on to another avenue in our lives and forgive and make sure we dont create drama for other people and just pray for them...
I dont think God would want us to continue to be around those who dont treat us like God would treat us.. I think he would want us to use wisdom in this situation and not create drama, but also get away from those who continue to create it in our lives...

Pearls

Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend (tear) you.
Have you ever Thrown something away that you thought was worthless?...................Only to realize later that you threw something away that had great value?............................Only to realize that you let go of something that had great value?
Mathew 13:45 sais: Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls.
verse 46: Who, when he found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
Just what does God mean when he sais not to give that which is Holy to the dogs or cast your pearls before the pigs?
Dogs in the bible days ran in packs and were dangerous... They were viscous and would tear a person the peices.... kinda like the Devil tries to do..............and the swine were too considered unclean and could be considered as a metaphor to explain an unclean, spiritually sinful person or a person not receptive to the true gospel of Christ.
In Mathew Chapters 5-7 Begins the Sermon on the mount
Christ speaks in the sermon on the mount of How Christians are to be the salt of the earth and allow there light to shine.
Its time to to make up our minds whether we want to live for God or not.
People cannot think that they are God's people and that they deserve special blessings when they are not truly worshipping God in spirit and in truth.
Mathew 15:8 sais... This people Draweth nigh unto me with there mouth, and honoureth me with there lips, but there heart is far from me.
The Pharisees in the bible paraded around in there fancy robes and said there loud, perfected prayers on the street corners only to wish to be seen of men...... But did they have the TRUE love of God in there hearts? Did they show mercy, did they hunger after True righteousness? Did they feed the poor and offer love?
Mathew Chapter 5..............Spoken By Jesus:
Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4) Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5) Blessed are the meek: for they shall inheret the earth.
6) Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7) Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8) Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9) blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
10) Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11) Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsley, for my sake.
12) Rejoice and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so they persecuted the prophets which were before you.
13) YE ARE THE SALT OF THE EARTH: BUT IF THE SALT HAVE LOST ITS SAVOR, WHEREWITH SHALL IT BE SALTED? IT IS THENCEFORTH GOOD FOR NOTHING, BUT TO BE CAST OUT AND TRODDEN UNDER FOOT OF MEN.
Have you noticed that the public perception of a christian is..................Someone who is always ready to criticize another and quick to judge what sins they think this person is committing?
YES! All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God..................but I think we need to walk with Jesus for a while and realize that he corrected us in Love and Mercy..............Not in condemnation!
This makes me think of the Pharisees in the bible.............They were so Quick to see others sins, but could not see there own mistakes and sins.
Mathew 7:1 sais Judge not, that ye be not judged!
Verse 3: sais Why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brothers eye, but considereth not the BEAM that is in thine own eye?
Meaning of a mote: a tiny speck or particle
This means we look at the tiny things that other people do but we have a Beam in our own!
The Pharisees Acted as if they had it all figured out and as if there was none higher than them. They did goodly things to be seen of men for all the wrong reasons...........for all the reasons to make themselves be lifted up and not for the Glory of God..... But what they dont see is that they value all of the wrong things in life and if they dont change there hearts, they are risking and in danger of losing there place in the Kingdom of God.....
Christ, in the sermon on the mount is teaching us to go the extra mile and to love our enemies, give to the needy because our heart truly goes out to these people, and to pray for those who persecute you.
We need the Love, the Hunger, The compassion, to show the love of God and to let our Light shine in this world.....................To fulfill God's work to tell others about Jesus and his love toward us and Give God all the Glory and not to seek Vain Glory for ourselves!
A Pearl is a treasure and God wants us to store up treasures in Heaven...............
Mathew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves, treasures on earth, Where moths and rust destroys, and where thieves break in and steal.
Are we laying our treasures on earth? Or are we laying them up in heaven?
Are we loving our neighbor? Are we tithing? Are we giving to the poor? Are we letting our light shine so that others know that we are followers of Christ?
If we are not.............we are casting our pearl...... Our treasure before the dogs and the pigs................Its time to step up............Its time we christians come out of the closet! Dont be afraid of Who we are... In Christ!

Apostle Jennifer Pressley of breath of Life Ministries

Ever heard of the Story in the Bible of Cain and Abel?

Cain was jealous of Abel, so he killed him and God allowed him to live with what he had done for the rest of his life.
He had the memory of it in his mind and I am sure Cain realized that what he had done did not make him any more happier.

We live with our mess when we dont obey God's commandments.
We realize that we are in a mess and that we are not happy when we disobey.... Yes, we may think it is the solution at the time to disobey God, but it only makes matters worse and we pay for it everyday of our lives.

God's Blessings

Yes, this is a pic of a potato...... But not just any potato!
this is a perfectly formed heart potato.

The other day, I went to the grocery store, knowing that I had half the amount of money that I usually
have to buy groceries.
I was really worried about this because I buy for 2 weeks at a time.
I had asked the Lord to provide for us because I did not know how we were going to have enough for this
two weeks.
I am married and we have 2 kids, and sometimes, my husband and my son have what I call a hungry jack appetite!

As I went to the produce section, I knew I needed potatoes, so as I looked I saw that they were on sale for under $2 a bag. I picked up 2 bags and I continued to shop.

I found some really good deals that day, so I was pretty happy with what I got and I felt better when I left the store.

I know that God will take care of us if we rely on him and I feel that tithing takes a big part in how God
blesses us.

Leviticus 27:30; Numbers 18:26; Deuteronomy 14:24; 2 Chronicles 31:5
1 Corinthians 16:1-2

I truly know that when I tithe, God blesses in so many ways... God has proved himself over and over again.

When I got home, I unloaded the groceries and I think it was a couple days after that I went to the potatoes and got them out of the bag, Only to discover this heart potato on the very top!!
I have never saw a potato this evenly shaped as This one is....

I immediately knew that this was God's way of telling me that he was there for me and he allowed me to
be blessed with my grocery bill!

Thank You, Lord!!
God shows his love toward us in so many ways!

Crossing Over

Moses Pleading with Israel, as in Deuteronomy ...Image via Wikipedia
Winning the Race

One night I had a dream.
I dreamed that I and other women were in a house with many rooms. They were large rooms,
one right after the other.

As I looked down, I could see my self on some sort of a mobile vehicle that allowed me to stear
into the direction that I wanted to go.

I was in a race with the other women. I was racing, room to room, trying to hit the wall and go through it.
I knew that If I hit the right wall, I would enter into a magical kingdom, full of wonders and beauty.
It was if It was like a fairy tale land that I would think about as a kid.

I and the other women were competing to get to the right room, so that one of us would be the first to
enter into the kingdom. We were all racing back and forth frantically to try to find the right room.
We would bump into each other, but going on, because we were racing to see who could get there first.
As I raced back and forth, from room to room, I began to see that I was not finding my magical room.

I got tired of racing, so I gave up.
No one lady ever found the right room in my dream. Not one of us found our way through.

The dream then began on another clip and I was in the same house, but wandering through the rooms and noticing just how huge the rooms were. It was a huge house, but many places in the house were worn down and old.
I could see old cabinets that needed repairing. The paint was old and falling off. As I looked at the wall,
I could see a hole. I thought to myself, well, this would be a good place to live, if it were not so old
and needed so much work done to it.

As I looked at the hole in the wall, I thought to myself, " A person could not live here and
be warm, because the cold would seep into the house". It would need repairing.

My dream ended at that point.
I saw how the house could be a beautiful place to live, if It was repaired and cleaned up.
When I woke up that morning, I began to write my dream down and search In God's Word, for a meaning.

I then read in Mark 9:35

In Chapter 9, it speaks of how Jesus lead Peter,James and John up to the mountain to speak with them.
As Jesus was on the mountain, he was transfigured in front of them and his raiment became shining,
exceding white as snow. Then appeared Elias and Moses and they were talking with Jesus.

And Peter answeredand said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles;
one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
Peter did not know what to say and the three disciples were afraid.
Then a cloud overshadowed them and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, this is my beloved son: Hear Him.

And when they looked around, there were no more men and they were there with Jesus by themselves.
As they came down from the mountain, Jesus spoke and told them not to tell of what they had seen
till the Son of Man rises from the dead.
They kept talking among themselves of what the rising of the Son of Man would mean.

As they go on, they come upon a great multitude of people and the scribes were questioning them.
Jesus came to his disciples and when all the people saw him, they ran to him and saluted him.

A man had brought his son who was possessed with an evil spirit. He would tear at hisself and foamed
at the mouth. Often times the evil spirit had cast him into the fire and into the waters to destroy
him.

Jesus said to the father, "if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth".
The father told Jesus that he believed and his son recovered.

When we look further down into the chapter, into verse 33-35, we see that the disciples were still
talking among themselves, so Jesus asked them what they were disputing among themselves.
The disciples held their peace: because they had disputed who of them would be the greatest.

Jesus sat down, and called the twelve disciples to him and said to them; " If any man desire
to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.
As I read this, I began to think of how churches try to outdo the other one and they act as if
they are the best church around and no other lights a candle to it.

We as people tend to be this way too.
We act as if we are more holier than the next person and as if we have no sin, but We have all
sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Just when we act as if we are sinless, is when our sins will be found out.
In Romans 2:16, Paul speaks that God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ.

Meaning of secrets: That which is hidden or covered up.

Duet. 11:31...............God commanded Isreal to pass over to Jordon and go in and possess
the land and dwell there.

The Isrealites also had to cross the Red Sea to get to the other side. God was allowing them
to cross over. He was protecting them from the enemy.

This is twice that the Isrealites had to cross over to the other side to get to a land that
God had picked for them, But notice that they all went together. They were not racing each
other, and trying to get there first. They did not have to do this because they were all
united one with another.

We need to be more united and run the race together instead of pushing some of the
people out that we may consider, (not worthy). We are all worthy of God's goodness
if we believe on him, just as the father that believed and his son was healed of an
evil spirit.

If we believe that Jesus is the Son of God and he came into this world to die on the
cross for our sins, then we will be included in the crossing over to the other side.
If we worry about our own hearts and love others and take each other by the hand and
know that we are all worthy to enter into the kingdom, then we will not have to worry
about hitting walls and not going through to the other side.

(We must remember that as long as we follow God's commandments and statutes that we will enter in.)

We need love and compassion on one another and realize that we all sin and no one person
is more worthy to go than the other. This is what Mark 9:35 tells us!

In the second part of the dream, where I saw the old part of the house..............
I think of our bodies and our soul as our house. I think of how we allow ourselves to
become old and worn down. We need repairing. We have holes in our walls that allow
the cold to enter in...It allows satan to seep into the holes that we have in our hearts
that somehow we have caused by sin or by someone sinning against us. Those are
openings that satan can get into and start working on and eventually, If we dont call
out to God to repair us, we just get larger openings and wounds and satan will try to destroy us
after a while.......................We are like that old house that becomes condemed and no longer is able
to serve a purpose because it has to be torn down.

We cannot hold onto the old in our lives, we have to reach out to the new and become a new creature in
Christ..................He makes all things new!
